Moons awarded Law Society Accreditation

Richard Moon has been awarded the Law Society's prestigious Personal Injury Accreditation, becoming one of only two solicitors currently practising in Peterborough to hold it.

To be accredited, a solicitor must show the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in personal injury law. The accreditation is, "a best practice quality mark that prospective clients can trust."

Only 376 lawyers in the country currently have the accreditation, out of a total of 184,000. The Law Society requires applicants to demonstrate both an expert understanding of the law and procedure in personal injury cases, and to show how they have put that into practice in real-life cases.

With so many firms offering to run personal injury claims, it can be hard to know which ones offer the best service and the greatest expertise, and it can be easy to assume one solicitor is a lot like all the others. The Law Society's Accreditation quality marks provide a reliable way of showing who really knows their stuff.
