Moons Solicitors has grown quickly since we started in April 2020, and we now have a vacancy for a personal injury lawyer.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor or legal executive with three or more years' post-qualification experience, including experience of running personal injury claims through the claims portal.  However, applications from more junior lawyers are welcome.

​

The work will mainly be Fast Track claims, both in the portal and those that have dropped out, and will include taking cases to court.  There will also be the opportunity to work on high value Multi Track cases.  We undertake only claimant personal injury work, and do not do clinical negligence or long-tail disease claims.

We offer a supportive environment in which you can learn, think for yourself and develop as a lawyer.  We don't have fees or hours targets - the right candidate will be interested and engaged with the work, will want to help our clients and to do the best job for them, and fees and hours will follow naturally.

Moons is a relatively new firm which is growing rapidly as other firms have been tending to move away from personal injury.  We run cases properly, without cutting corners, and as a result we receive recommendations both from satisfied clients, and from fellow professionals such as barristers, who pick us out from the other solicitors they work with as being good at what we do.
